Dr. Dana Sinclair has worked with the best of the best to improve results, from NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL teams to IndyCar drivers and Olympic athletes. She helps performers shift their focus and deliver optimal performance in high-pressure moments that define greatness. Her methods also work for students and teachers, business leaders and managers—anyone motivated to improve. Her approach is simple: figure out what gets in your way, develop actions to address it in the moment, and then stick to the plan. It’s not about how you feel, it’s about what you do!
She is a registered psychologist and holds doctorates from the University of Cambridge and the University of Ottawa. She is a clinical assistant professor with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia and is a member of the American Psychological Association.
She is the author of the book Dialed In: Do Your Best When It Matters Most (Simon & Schuster, January 2024)

An experienced financial services executive, Harriet leads with purpose and drives impact. Prior to her retirement in 2022, she served as Vice President Global Contact Centre at RBC Royal Bank, where she led a team of over 3000 banking professionals, providing strategic and operational oversight, accelerating digital adoption, sales and revenue growth. In earlier leadership roles at RBC Caribbean and as Regional Vice President for RBC in the Greater Toronto Region, Harriet led senior teams across complex and geographically dispersed markets, navigating transformational change while empowering a client-centric and engaged employee culture. She is a driving force behind initiatives that prioritize the advancement of women and underrepresented groups in leadership roles. She was one of the executive mentors in the RBC Global Women in Leadership Development Program. A strong believer in giving back she has participated in formal mentoring programs for young people including the Black and Indigenous community. She has also served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Tyndale University, a private Christian university where she is currently Chancellor. Committed to making a difference in the lives of others, Harriet continues to serve as a mentor, sponsor and a model for excellence across all demographics. PATRICIA BEBIA MAWA
President, Diamond Plus Media & Executive Vice President Afroglobal Television & Silvertrust Media
Patricia Bebia Mawa is the President and CEO of Diamond Plus Media, the Executive Vice President of Afroglobal Television and the host of the Planet Africa. She has directed and produced over 15 television programs including The Visionaries, The Golden Button and Standing Ovation. Patricia is the writer and director of the drama series Omobella Palace. Her feature film, The Life Coach is set for release in the fall of 2024. She is the Associate Publisher of Excellence, Envision and Destiny Magazines. In 2008 Silvertrust Media, introduced the Discover magazine series, which has since released over 20 titles and editions for organizations and countries.
Listed in the Who’s Who in Black Canada, she is a recipient of the Toronto Police Community Service Award, the International Women Achievers Award, the BPPA Harry Jerome Award for Media; the Martin Luther King DreamKeeper Award, the York Regional Police Civic Leadership Award and a Queen Elizabeth’s 11 Diamond Jubilee Medal. She is the co-founder of the Crossover Mentorship Program, a youth empowerment initiative. She served as the chair of the Reelworld Screen Institute in 2021 and currently serves as the chair of the Reelworld Foundation. In 2021 she was appointed to the Advisory board of Trebas College, part of the World University System.
Patricia has been featured on CNN International in a half hour special. In 2016, she was involved with launching Afroglobal Television, a 24-hour television channel that is currently on Rogers Cable, Bell Fibe, Eastlink and Telus across Canada. In 2018, Patricia co-authored the 150 Extraordinary Canadians Legacy book, with a foreword by the Right Hon. Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada.

A contributing author to two books, including an award-winning leadership anthology, she also serves on the Board of GRID Canada, advancing sustainable, community-driven programs that break the cycles of poverty in Northern Ghana.
